Becky Carter is a registered psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and school teams across Nova Scotia. Becky specializes in psychoeducational assessments for school-aged children and youth (grades 1–12), as well as functional behaviour assessments and behaviour support planning for mild to severe challenges, including ADHD and anxiety. She also offers coaching for parents and children, with a focus on emotional regulation, skill building, and practical strategies for neurodiverse families. Outside of her clinical work, Becky is passionate about collaborative care and helping families uncover the 'why’ behind behaviour to foster positive change. Outside of work,  Becky is a parent of two kiddos who enjoys being at home just as much as traveling - with a love for reading, swimming, hiking in nature, and a good board game night.
