Clinic Updates

New Partnership Announcement!

We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Allegro Child Care Centre — a local community that shares our commitment to inclusion, relationships, and child-centred care. ASD Group will be providing on site Speech-Language Therapy screening for children attending Allegro, primarily for those who are about to transition to school. We believe early identification is key to supporting healthy child development. By offering these SLP screenings, we aim to ensure children receive the support they need before they start school, setting the foundation for confidence and success.

2025 FANS Conference

Members from our multidisciplinary team spent the day at the Fetal Alcohol Nova Scotia (FANS) Conference in Halifax on November 21st. Our Practice Leader, Dr. Lindsay Bates, had the opportunity to speak and highlight the work we’re doing at Affinity to support families through comprehensive FASD assessment and care.

Affinity Group is now offering ABA services in Antigonish and surrounding areas!
