Dr. Monique LeBlanc completed the majority of her clinical training in British Columbia. She trained and worked in multiple settings, including private practices, hospitals, and community mental health centres where she provided both evidence-based therapy and comprehensive psycho-educational assessments. Dr. LeBlanc returned home to Nova Scotia in 2019 to complete her one-year residency. She has since worked in both private practice and the public sector.

Currently, Dr. LeBlanc provides strength-based, comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for children and adolescents. In addition to working at Affinity, Dr. LeBlanc works for Nova Scotia Health providing autism spectrum disorder (ASD) assessments. 

In her free time, Dr. LeBlanc enjoys spending time in nature with her partner, son, and dog, Chip. She also loves to read and listen to audiobooks; she particularly loves a good thriller!
