Erin is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with over 10 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals in both therapeutic and recreational roles. She completed a Behavioural Interventions Advanced Diploma at NSCC, and a Master’s Degree in Behavioural Psychology at the University of the Pacific in California.

Erin has experience working with neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals across the lifespan. She specializes in treatment of severe behaviours of concern through a neurodiverse affirming, and trauma informed lens. She believes that working collaboratively helps to develop effective treatment plans that provide utmost safety in her clients' everyday lives.

In her free time Erin likes spending time with her friends, starting new craft projects, and getting outside.
