Jinyu is a behaviour therapist who is deeply passionate about working with children and youth. With an interdisciplinary background, he brings a strong foundation in psychology, holding a BSc from Beijing Normal University and a BA (Honours) from Saint Mary’s University. He later completed a Graduate Certificate in Behavioural Interventions from NSCC in 2024 and is currently pursuing his Master of Social Work. Drawing on this combined training, Jinyu has supported neurodiverse individuals and those facing mental health challenges across a variety of settings.

Jinyu has experience supporting neurodiverse children, adolescents, and adults across educational, community, and clinical environments. His work includes behaviour intervention, mental health support, and social-emotional skill development, grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based practice. He is committed to collaborative and culturally responsive approaches that promote safety, wellbeing, and meaningful growth for the individuals and families he serves.

In his spare time, Jinyu enjoys building Lego, playing video games, cooking dishes from different cultures with friends, or simply spending quiet moments in nature.
