Lindsay Heyland has recently completed her MSc in Clinical Psychology at Acadia University. With a background in physical health, they have spent 10 years as a massage therapist in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Lindsay is passionate about supporting children and adolescents through evidence-based approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). When their not studying or with their family—including two children and fur babies—Lindsay enjoys gardening, kayaking, and exploring Nova Scotia’s trails with friends.
