Individual Therapy / Coaching
Our individual therapy and coaching services are designed to support neurotypical and neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults in building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful life skills. We work collaboratively to honour each person's unique profile and experiences, offering a safe, validating space for growth. Whether addressing anxiety, identity, executive functioning, or social challenges, our approach is strengths-based, goal-oriented, and grounded in current neurodevelopmental science.
Parent Coaching
Parent coaching empowers caregivers with practical tools, personalized strategies, and emotional support tailored to their child’s neurodevelopmental needs. We help parents better understand their child’s behaviour through a compassionate, brain-based lens and build confidence in supporting regulation, connection, and everyday challenges. Our goal is to nurture strong, sustainable family relationships and reduce stress by fostering attuned and responsive parenting practices.
Group Services – Social Connection & Skills Development
Our groups offer a supportive, inclusive space where neurodivergent children and youth can connect, build confidence, and develop authentic social communication skills. Through structured activities, guided peer interaction, and real-time coaching, participants explore topics like emotional awareness, perspective-taking, flexible thinking, and friendship-building—at their own pace. Each group is designed to foster a sense of belonging while honoring individual communication styles, sensory needs, and social goals. As an added bonus, we frequently offer concurrent parent information sessions, where members of our multidisciplinary team share insights aligned with their areas of expertise—providing parents with a valuable and engaging learning opportunity.
